6-9 Months is a great time to start/continue stepping up your focus on encouraging and establishing healthy sleep habits. Your baby’s patterns are much more predictable and their brain connections which gives them the ability to self-soothe are solidly in place. This downloadable booklet will empower you, build your confidence and will give you a clear understanding of what to expect with your baby’s feeding (including some great information around introducing solids), sleeping and settling. It will give you an excellent foundation and will see you through every situation that tends to challenge a babies sleep such as neurological, physical and emotional developmental changes, teething, illness or even just a change to your baby’s environment or routine.
