In Texas summers, that’s not desirable for heating the whole house just for dinner. This little wonder preheats in about 90 seconds. I often use 2 shelves to cook 2 parts of a meal and it’s done very accurately according to the recipe temperature and time. Cool down does not heat up the house, keeping the heat close to the food, not the area of the oven. Included recipes are minimal. A few more or a link to a website might help give a better introduction to using this gem, but really, my recipes work well. My larger pans (dozen muffin tray, full-sized cookie sheet, etc) are too large to fit in, but smaller ones work well. The includes metal shelving seems to be plenty for my cooking purposes. Even my son has dabbled into using the air-fry basket, saving time and heat outside the cooking space!
