Draught Seal Kit – T3 / Sliding Glass Windows (Furry Strip)

Description Replacement strips for the sliding glass windows as fitted to T3 models. Kit contains 2.5m – enough to replace the draught strips in 2 sliding windows. Installation of these requires removal of the window, and the sliding pane seperating from the frame. Although it is possible to replace just the horizontal section in situ the vertical one is behind the glass and can’t be accessed. To strip the pane from the frame you’ll need to destroy the plastic guides (see related items). Its a relatively simple job but splitting the glass can be daunting. Once the upper seal and plastic guides are removed there should be enough clearance to remove the sliding glass without seperating the full frame. It’s glass though, so take care!
